Skilled in law, media and business, Ms. Jones is President of Professional Diversity Network. A former Senior Assistant District Attorney for the city of New York, Ms. Jones previously served as a Legal Correspondent, Senior Analyst and highly sought after Television Personality for over two decades. From 1997-2006, she was co-host of ABC's hit daytime show The View. For her work in television, Ms. Jones has received nine Emmy nominations. Also an accomplished author, Ms. Jones has written three best-selling books, produced multiple television shows and launched and supported numerous successful businesses. A prolific fundraiser for philanthropic causes, since 2011, Ms. Jones has been the face of the American Heart Association's (AHA) National Go Red efforts as the National Volunteer. Ms. Jones has been a national surrogate for the Democratic Party for every Presidential election since 1996 and frequently lectures on a variety of topics, including law, politics, race, gender equality, networking, women's empowerment, pop culture, fitness and heart health. Ms Jones received her Bachelor of Arts in the Administration of Justice from American University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston.
Mr. Xin He (Adam) has served as Chief Financial Officer of Wanda USA Group, a Fortune Global 500 company since May 2012, He majorly managed two projects – a 101-story landmark “Vista Tower” development in downtown Chicago since February 2015, and NYSE traded AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. from August 2012 to February 2015, principally involved in the theatrical exhibition business owning and operating 660 theatres primarily located in the United States. He also served as an independent board director at iFresh Inc., Professional Diversified Network and Energy Focus Inc., all listed on Nasdaq.
From December 2010 to May 2012, he served as Financial Controller of NYSE listed Xinyuan Real Estate Co., a top developer of large scale, high quality residential real estate projects. Previously, Mr. He served as an auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP in New York, and held various roles at Chinatex Corporation and an architecture company. He is a member of the Financial Executives International and vice chair of the China General Chamber of Commerce Chicago. Mr. He obtained a bachelor and master of Science in Taxation from Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, and a master of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University in New Jersey. He is a Certified Public Accountant, both in China and in US.
Chad Hoersten serves as the Chief Technology Officer at the Professional Diversity Network. With more than fifteen years of technology experience and more than a decade experience leading international teams of developers, he has lead the development of Professional Diversity Network's network of websites. He has been with the company since 2004 and prior to that he was a senior software engineer at Rockwell Automation. He has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Joseph Bzdyl, SVP, has been with the company since 2014. A suburban Chicago native, he hold a bachelor's degree from Illinois Wesleyan University where he met his future wife Miranda, learned to cherish critical thinking, and lettered in football for four years. He also holds an MBA specializing in Finance. His professional career began in sales, moved into post-secondary admissions management, transitioned to business analysis, and is now centered in operations, finance, and project management. He and Miranda have three kids, a dog, enjoy camping, live music, craft beer, and spending as much time with friends and family as possible. Joseph currently leads the PDN Recruitment business division.
